At T.U.K. Shoes, we want you to love your new creepers and boots, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Whether you need a different size or a different style, our process is designed to get you back on your feet as quickly as possible.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Shoes
Place the unworn shoes back in their original T.U.K. box and secure them inside a separate shipping mailer or box to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange pair within 5-7 business days.
